CPC Initial Qualification affects anyone driving HGV or PCV vehicles for hire and reward
Driver CPC Initial Qualification consists of two parts, Module 2 and Module 4.
The qualification can be done at any point, as long as Modules 2 and​ 4 are completed in order.
